Board approves body art licenses; flu and COVID cases rising

Lowell Board of Health approves body art practitioner and establishment renewals. The board approved licenses for seven body art practitioners and three establishments, with two additional establishments and practitioners approved pending documentation. HHS Director Lisa Golden reported increasing flu and COVID cases throughout the community; flu vaccines are available to all residents, and COVID vaccines to uninsured people.
