LOWELL — Board of Assessors approves 40 FY27 property tax exemptions in routine session. Chief Assessor Ellen M. Brideau, Deputy Chief Assessor Ryan E.

Rondeau, and Assessor Amy Lombardo convened for 12 minutes to process motor vehicle excise tax abatements and property applications. The board unanimously approved 40 FY27 3ABC exemptions and one Statutory Exemption under Clause 17E, while denying two real estate abatement claims. The meeting concluded after unanimous approval of the prior session's minutes.
