LOWELL — Board of Assessors approves $48.3 million in FY27 tax warrants. Chief Assessor Ellen M. Brideau, Deputy Chief Assessor Ryan E.
Rondeau, and Assessor Amy Lombardo finalized Q1 Warrants and Commitments totaling $44,932,645.27 in real estate, $3,034,887.82 in personal property, and $311,591.77 in Community Preservation Act funds. The board also approved $691,284.87 in motor vehicle excise commitments, unanimously approved one FY27 3ABC application, and denied four Motor Vehicle Excise Tax abatements.
