LOWELL — Board of Assessors approves $9.3 million in motor vehicle excise commitments. The Board, including Deputy Chief Assessor Ellen Brideau and Assessors R. Rondeau and A.
Lombardo, met February 17 at City Hall and signed two excise commitments totaling $9.3 million. The MVE26C1 warrant comprised 72,588 counts valued at $9.25 million. The Board also unanimously approved three FY27 3ABC exemption applications and one Statutory Exemption under Clause 17E.
