LOWELL — Board of Assessors processes $97 million in quarterly tax warrants and corrects valuation errors. Chief Assessor Ellen M. Brideau, Deputy Chief Assessor Ryan E.
Rondeau, and Assessor Amy Lombardo approved FY26 third-quarter real estate and personal property commitments totaling $97.6 million, including $91.2 million in real estate and $6.1 million in personal property. The board approved motor vehicle excise tax abatements and unanimously approved statutory exemptions under Clause 17E (two applications) and Clause 22E (one application), while denying one Clause 17C application for incompleteness. The board is preparing revised assessment warrants for five properties due to a valuation error.
