Lowell Board of Assessors approves abatements, introduces new appraisal software. Deputy Chief Assessor Ellen Brideau presided over the meeting, during which the board unanimously approved four statutory exemptions. Assessor R.
Rondeau moved approval of three motor vehicle excise tax abatement denial applications and two FY27 3ABC applications, with Assessor A. Lombardo seconding. The Assessors office plans to introduce Just Appraised, a new appraisal software tool.
