LOWELL — Board of Assessors approves routine abatements and exemptions. Chief Assessor Ellen M. Brideau presided over a meeting with Deputy Chief Assessor Ryan E.
Rondeau and Assessor Amy Lombardo, approving four of six real estate abatement applications and processing motor vehicle excise tax abatements from February 16-20 by signatures. The board unanimously approved two FY27 3ABC applications for property tax exemptions and one Senior Volunteer Statutory Exemption application.
