LOWELL — Board of Assessors approves 14 property tax exemptions in 15-minute meeting. Chief Assessor Ellen M. Brideau, with Deputy Chief Assessor Ryan E.
Rondeau and Assessor Amy Lombardo, unanimously approved 14 FY27 3ABC applications and four statutory exemptions under Clauses 17E and 41C. The board also waived one I&E fine and approved motor vehicle excise tax abatements for the week of March 16 to March 20.
