LOWELL — The Lowell Board of Assessors unanimously approved motor vehicle excise tax abatements and two FY27 3ABC applications at its June 9 meeting. Chief Assessor Ellen M. Brideau, Deputy Chief Assessor Ryan E.
Rondeau, and Assessor Amy Lombardo processed abatements for the weeks of May 4 to May 8 and May 11 to May 15 by signature; no abatements were recommended for denial. The board unanimously approved the two FY27 3ABC applications on a motion by Rondeau, seconded by Lombardo. The meeting adjourned at 9:45 AM.
