LOWELL — Board of Parks approves fall park permits and fees. The Board of Parks approved multiple facility permits for fall events. Girls On The Run secured approval for its fall season program at Shedd Park Pavilion with a $2,400 custodial fee, in its 10th season overall.
Lowell Flash Soccer Academy received permits for two Cawley Memorial Stadium Complex events totaling $1,150 in fees. Indivisible Lowell obtained approval for a First Amendment rights rally at Kerouac Park on October 17 for $250. Lowell Catholic High School was granted free access to Callery Park for youth athletics.
