Lowell Neighborhoods Sub Committee votes to establish central repository for city reports. The committee voted unanimously to request the City Manager establish a centralized location where residents can access administrative reports on plans, finances, jobs, schools, and infrastructure. Councilors C.

Scott, C. Chau, and C. Descoteaux supported the measure, with members emphasizing the value of expanded public access to city information.

The committee also received an update on the city's five-year paving and infrastructure project list from Dave Beatti of the Engineer Department, who discussed selection criteria and project scheduling.
