Conservation Commission approves three wetland projects, continues two applications.

LOWELL — The Lowell Conservation Commission issued two negative Determinations of Applicability and tabled two applications at its March 11 meeting. Chair Brad Buitenhuys and five commissioners unanimously approved the Lowell Housing Authority's plan to install and replace utility poles at three properties within the 100-foot wetland buffer zone, flagging erosion control as the sole concern. The Lowell Regional Wastewater Utility's Phase 3A Sewer System Separation Project-Lower Saunders received unanimous approval with no recorded discussion.
The commission continued the Residents First Development Corporation Notice of Intent to increase residential units from 181 to 187 until April 22 and continued ZR Development LLC's Certificate of Compliance to April 8, both at applicant request.
