LOWELL — Council on Aging Board approves prior minutes, hears heritage newsletter vendor transition update. Aurora Erickson, sitting in for Director Kimberly Gagnon, reported that the COA's printing vendor was acquired and a replacement has been secured pending Law Department review. Chairperson Maxine Farkas announced that a Facebook birthday fundraiser raised $600 for Friends of the COA.

The Lowell Cultural Council awarded $5,000, though the Program Director received no additional grant funding. Andy Hostetler is coordinating with the city on a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the Happy to Chat Bench.
