The council, meeting without members Timmy Al-Muntafik, Rona Gofstein, and Beth Noel, advanced recruitment action items including design and printing of recruitment cards. Members present included Brendan Conroy, Erin Duffey (Administrator), Meghan Rourke, Jack Traphagan, Bethanne Welch, and Kshitij Karke.
The council tabled until its next meeting discussions of social media management and the 2026 Lowell Artisan Market program. The council designated Erin Duffey to manage public art permits going forward.
