Lowell License Commission approves three liquor and food licenses in single night. Chair Joseph Donahue, Commissioner Cliff Krieger, and Commissioner Pamela Underwood voted unanimously to ratify Steve Syverson's November 29 special one-day wine license for Ted's Show and approved Rachel Chandler's January 15 Starlight Celebration event at Hive Public Market with wines and malt beverages. The board also approved a Common Victualler license for Siddhartha Bhalodia's Burrito Spice at 194 Stedman Street.
Two applications were continued: Lowell Asian Restaurant LLC's all-alcoholic restaurant license and Sonesta Select Boston Lowell's hotel license transfer are both scheduled for public hearing January 22, with the Asian Restaurant applicant required to submit a TIPS Certificate before proceeding.
