Lowell School Committee approves $1.4 million budget modification in brief session. Superintendent Liam Skinner's committee voted six to zero on the modification request, moved by Ms. Delrossi and seconded by Mr.
Bahou. The committee separately approved an out-of-state overnight trip for Lowell High School students to attend the Portrait of a Graduate program in Meredith, New Hampshire, on an identical six-to-zero tally. Ms.
Martin was the sole absent member.
