Lowell School Committee approves K-12 assignment policy changes. The five-member committee, meeting virtually on January 28, voted unanimously in favor of proposed revisions to the district's student assignment rules. Superintendent Liam Skinner presided as committee member Bahou, after meeting with Ms.

Brown Legrand, stated his support for the changes. Ms. McFadden moved approval, seconded by Mr.

Bahou, with the motion passing 5-0.
