Monday, July 13, 11:00 p.m.Medical Emergency: A woman was found sleeping in front of a home on Chapel Street.

Monday, July 13, 11:00 p.m.Medical Emergency: A welfare check at a residence near Broadway Street and Mount Vernon Street found the person safe.

Monday, July 13, 11:00 p.m.Medical Emergency: A man was found unconscious on 6th Street; dispatch reports conflicted, with one saying he was not breathing and another saying he was later found awake.
