Lowell School Committee held a special meeting on February 4 consisting solely of an executive session. The five present members, including Mayor Gitschier, Ms. Martin, Ms.
McFadden, Mr. Bahou, and Mr. Lay, voted 5 to 0 to enter closed session under state law to discuss review and consideration of parameters involving assistant superintendent contracts and a UTL grievance hearing.
Mr. Conway and Ms. Delrossi were absent.
