Lowell Affordable Housing Trust Fund board approves modified application template requiring 20-year minimum affordability term. The board unanimously backed the change during its January 21 meeting. Separately, the board reviewed a $500,000 loan application from the Bridge Club of Greater Lowell's Executive Director Robert Cox for acquisition and rehabilitation of 267 Pawtucket Street, which would create 29 permanent affordable housing units with supportive services for veterans.
CFO Conor Baldwin reported that Assistant City Solicitor Timothy French expects loan documents completed by the next meeting, with closing date adjusted to accommodate document completion.
