Veterans Commission Elects Cerovac Vice Chair, Plans Four Major Events

Lowell Veterans Commission unanimously elects Robert Cerovac vice chair and plots major observances. Chairman Paul Paradise presided over a seven-member quorum that approved February 2026 meeting minutes and set plans for Memorial Day on May 22 at the new Veterans Park, a Fourth of July event, Veterans Day programming, and participation in the City of Lights parade. Director of Veterans' Services Eric LaMarche reported efforts to secure porta potties from Throne Depot and street permits for the May 22 event.
The commission invited Lowell school children to submit letters about their favorite veterans, which will be displayed during Memorial Day observance and other Veterans Commission events.
