LOWELL — Zoning Board of Appeals approves four variance petitions in unified votes. Chairman Van Pech led the board in unanimous approval of variances for Jack Le's 150 East Meadow Road addition, Robbie Nguyen's 26 Marriner Street driveway expansion, Michael Rosholt's 55 Harvard Street porch and ramp addition, and Sunshine Sign Company's internally illuminated signage at 10 Technology Drive for a 24-hour Spectrum Health facility. The board continued the application by Bienvenido Chalas to operate an outdoor car dealership at 1570 Middlesex Street to April 13, 2026, pending posting of a required public notice sign.
